Luton captain Lockyer discharged from hospital following cardiac arrest
“Luton Town have announced that captain Tom Lockyer was discharged from hospital on Wednesday. The 29-year-old defender has undergone a procedure which is designed to prevent a repeat of his cardiac arrest that he suffered on Saturday, in a Premier League match up against Bournemouth. An Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillat device was fitted and Lockyer has now begun a period of rehabilitation.”
