Madeline Kingsbury sings to newborn in heartbreaking video

Heartbreaking video of Madeline Kingsbury singing to her baby has emerged as the desperate search for the missing Minnesota mom-of-two continues after nearly a month.

The Kingsbury family shared the footage of Madeline, who is known by loved ones as Maddi, singing to her newborn son with Fox News Digital on Saturday.

In the video, Maddi sweetly sings “Dream a Little Dream of Me with the tiny, sleeping baby cradled in her arms.

The missing mother’s family told Fox the precious footage was taken in 2021 several days after Maddi’s active Army infantryman brother Stephen returned to Winona, Minnesota from overseas.

“Madeline is always in constant communication with family,” Stephen told the outlet. “I came home to support my family and contribute in any way possible in efforts to locate Madeline and bring her home.”

The 26-year-old vanished after dropping her children, ages 5 and 2, off at their daycare with the children’s father on March 31.

Maddi, a clinical research coordinator at the Mayo Clinic, failed to show up at work the day of her disappearance, police said. After dropping off her kids, she went home and sent a final “goofy” text message to her sister Megan.

Adam Fravel, the father of Maddi’s children, said he left their home at about 10 a.m. and returned to find it empty. Kingsbury’s phone, wallet and jacket remained in the house and police said her disappearance was suspicious.

Fravel has denied any involvement in Maddi’s disappearance.

Winona Police Chief Tom Williams said authorities will continue to guard the details of the case over fears that publicizing too much would jeopardize their ability to find Maddi and “if warranted, hold accountable the person or persons responsible.”

Maddi’s brother Stephen has made it his mission to bring her home. He says the 14 years he has spent in the military will be valuable in helping law enforcement agencies and volunteers work together to scour through the over 120,000 acres near the Mississippi River.

“Working in small and large teams with a variety of personality types and talent levels for this long has also given me the tools necessary to manage individual and collective skill sets and utilize them effectively to achieve a shared common goal,” Stephen said. 

The community around Winona has carried out extensive searches for Maddi using Facebook groups like  Finding Madeline Kingsbury, which has over 19,000 followers.

Stephen told the outlet the search group “is the best source as of now for information regarding volunteer search efforts that are active and forthcoming.”

“The community surrounding our family, from the volunteer searchers on ground and event organizers to the offered prayer, has been indescribable, humbling and awe-inspiring,” he said.

“It’s hard to imagine how it could ever be reciprocated. Our gratitude for all involved in our efforts to bring our sister/daughter/mother home will never fade.”
