Martha Stewart would go on senior ‘Bachelor’ if she could see men
Martha Stewart would consider going on a dating reality show — but only if she could ensure the men were sizzling.
Hot off the heels of her Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue cover, the 81-year-old revealed if she would go on the new dating series “The Golden Bachelor.”
The ABC show is based on their famous “Bachelor” series, however, instead of focusing on young men and women finding love, it will showcase senior citizens looking for their soulmates.
The “Martha Stewart Living” founder dished to Variety recently that she would only go on the upcoming competition series “if [she] gets to see the men first.”
And as for if she would ever join a reality show, the lifestyle guru added: “I’m very busy. I have my beautiful cooking, entertaining and gardening shows which I’m very interested in.”
“So I don’t think I would do a reality dating show. They did ask me to ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ but I didn’t have time to go out to California. That would have been fun,” Stewart recalled.
She also noted that she’s “not interested anymore” in dating and even expressed her desire to make more appearances in film.

She’s also not ruling out starring in a Marvel action flick, saying the opportunity would be “great.”
And her superhero name? She would want to be known as “Queen of the Universe.”
The cookbook author’s eclectic magazine cover was unveiled earlier this week and she divulged how she kept herself in shape for her swimsuit photoshoot.

The New Jersey native got her bikini body ready by simply exercising and focusing on eating healthy.
“I didn’t starve myself, but I didn’t eat any bread or pasta for a couple of months,” Stewart said.
“I went to pilates every other day and that was great; I’m still going to pilates every other day ’cause it’s so great. And I just, I live a clean life anyway — good diet and good exercise and healthy skin care and all of that stuff,” she went on.
The mother of one also doesn’t care about growing older and said age shouldn’t define one’s life.
“I think all of us should think about good living, successfully living, and not aging. The whole aging thing is so boring. You know what I mean?” Stewart stated
