Max Verstappen dominates Canadian Grand Prix to give Red Bull 100th Formula 1 race victory

Max Verstappen cruised to victory in the Canadian Grand Prix to extend his lead at the top of the drivers’ standings.

The Dutchman was quickest off the line and had few worries, as he brought up Red Bull’s 100th Grand Prix win.

Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton had a sustained battle, with the former taking second and the latter completing the podium in third.
