Megyn Kelly claims Meghan Markle staged hiking photos
Megyn Kelly claims Meghan Markle staged her hiking photos over coronation weekend — taking aim at her athleisure wear.
“She actually had a little neck scarf with a tie. I’m sorry ladies, but we’ve all walked our dogs, literally nobody does that,” Kelly, 52, said Wednesday on “Sky News Australia.”
“Nobody wears a little neck tie with a scarf and the glasses, and the hat and the perfectly wrapped little wrap for later just in case it gets chilly.”
Markle, 41, was photographed Sunday on a 40-minute hike near her home in Montecito, California, without her husband, Prince Harry, or their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
She was instead joined by friends Markus Anderson and Heather Dorak as events continued in the UK to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III, Markle’s father-in-law.
They were also accompanied by Kim Kardashian’s former bodyguard.
Kelly claimed Markle’s “million-dollar smile” was a clear indication the photos weren’t candids.
“‘Oh you, oh hello… where did you come from? How on earth did you know I’d be here?’ It was obvious, like everything with this woman,” Kelly snarked.
The Post has contacted reps for Markle for comment.
For the outing, Markle donned Princess Diana’s Cartier watch — which she wears nearly every day — along with a Bentley & Skinner diamond tennis bracelet, which King Charles, 74, is believed to have gifted his late ex-wife.
The Duchess of Sussex did not attend Charles’ coronation — reportedly to “protect her peace.”
The festivities also coincided with Archie’s 4th birthday on Saturday, and as a source told Page Six, “There was no way that Meghan was going to miss her son’s birthday.”
But Harry, 38, briefly traveled to London to witness his father’s historic crowning.
Although he did not publicly interact with his father or estranged brother Prince William, 40, a former royal staffer claims the red-headed royal would’ve “personally regretted” not showing up for his dad.
