Melissa Joan Hart, 47, is playing a grandma in new film and fans are livid

From teenage witch to grandma.

Melissa Joan Hart fans are losing their minds after a clip from the 47-year-old’s latest Lifetime movie “Would You Kill For Me? The Mary Bailey Story” — in which she plays a grandmother — is making its rounds on social media.

In the viral clip, the “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” star and her fictional grandchildren are cooking what appears to be a Thanksgiving turkey.

“Oh, it’s ready,” Hart says as she removes the turkey from the oven.

“It’s perfect, grandma” her grandson gushes over the cooked bird.

In the movie, Hart portrays Ella, the grandmother of 11-year-old Mary Bailey who killed her stepdad at the request of her mom, Priscilla Wyers.

The film is based on a true story and follows “the lives of three generations of women take a turn for the worse when one of them becomes trapped in a toxic relationship with an increasingly abusive man,” according to the project’s synopsis.

Although the movie was released in October, fans on TikTok are now reacting to Hart’s seemingly age-inappropriate role.

“I feel attacked! Melissa Joan Hart is a grandmother? I’m pretty sure she’s my age,” one person commented on TikTok.

“Ya’ll. Melissa Joan Hart playing the grandma & JLo is still playing the bride in movies. I am dead,” another said of Jennifer Lopez, who is 54.

“Is Melissa, Joan Hart, playing a Grandma? How old am I?” another regretted asking.

“Are we… are we ANCIENT?!!??” someone else feared.

The disbelief also continued on X, the platform previously known as Twitter.

“Someone hold me I am unwell,” one fan said.

Someone else reacted, “That’s enough internet for today.”

“If Melissa Joan Hart isn’t a Teenage witch, how old are we supposed to be??” another begged the question.

The Post has contacted a rep for Hart for comment.

“Would You Kill For Me? The Mary Bailey Story” is available to stream on Amazon Prime.
