Mercedes and Hamilton admit there is 'Everest to climb' to catch Red Bull next year
“Red Bull are so far ahead that the rest of the Formula One teams have a “Mount Everest to climb” to catch up with them in 2024, according to Mercedes boss Toto Wolff. World champion Max Verstappen rounded off a dominant campaign by winning the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday, in what was the Dutch driver’s 19th victory in 22 races. Lewis Hamilton also sounded downbeat about their chances next year.”
