Naked woman charged after stealing Chicago cop’s car, running him down

A naked woman has been charged after she jumped into a Chicago cop’s squad car and ran over him as she fled, police said Wednesday.

Whitley Temple, 34, was hit with aggravated battery and other charges after the officer was left bleeding from the head in the horrid ordeal.

The officer had encountered Temple when he responded to dispatcher reports that a woman was “naked, intoxicated and threatening to hit people” at an intersection in West Garfield Park.

After spotting Temple lying naked on the ground, the officer got out of his SUV to check on her and call an ambulance.

Temple then got up and jumped into the cop’s car, according to an arrest report.

Footage posted on social media showed the officer trying to pull Temple from the front seat before she allegedly shifted the car into reverse and knocked him to the ground with the door.

Another video obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times showed Temple allegedly driving off as the bleeding officer struggled on the ground.

Temple was nabbed a short time later after she allegedly crashed the officer’s SUV, climbed from the window and fled into oncoming traffic.

She was arrested after a brief foot chase, cops said.

The cop suffered injuries to his head and left leg. He was released from the hospital later Monday, police said.
