Only the best eyes can spot the huge snake hidden in this backyard

Can you spot the snake hidden in the grass — or in the bushes, on the fence or anywhere in this picture?

Homeowners in Queensland, Australia, called Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers after they spotted the massive coastal carpet python in their backyard.

[Warning: Spoilers below]

Here’s a clue: No, the slitherer is not the black hose running through the bush on the right side of the image.

The reptile is camouflaged in the shrubbery in the top right-hand corner of the photo.

It’s in the plants with part of its body draping over the fence.

The experts posted this mind-boggling scene on their Facebook page on Aug. 20, 2017, and asked followers if they could spot the sneaky snake.

“To the right of the catcher’s bag and gear at the bottom of the picture,” one user incorrectly guessed.

“I can never find the snakes,” one person wrote. “I once walked straight past the most massive carpet snake in Noosa National Park and didn’t see it until my friend pointed it out to me.”

However, one eagle-eyed observer correctly identified the snake’s whereabouts.

The snake is in the upper right-hand corner of the image.

“Top right corner in the bush. He’s a biggen,” the wrote.

The python is, indeed, camouflaged in the top right corner. It may require a little zooming in to spot it, but it’s there.

Coastal carpet pythons are non-venomous snakes that grow to around 7 feet in length. However, they can cause deep cuts.

At the time of the post, the snake catchers said they were called out to deal with a number of the reptiles in Queensland.
