Ozzy Osbourne ‘considering legal action’ against ‘antisemite’ Kanye West over ‘Iron Man’ sample: wife
She rules with an iron fist.
Sharon Osbourne is supporting her husband after Kanye West sampled Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man” in an upcoming “Vultures” track after Ozzy allegedly asked him not to.
“We are considering legal action,” a rep for Sharon, 71, told The Post on Friday.
The redhead’s rep added that Ozzy, 75, has not spoken to West, 46, but their teams have been in communication.
West already interpolated “Iron Man” for his 2010 song “Hell of a Life.”
“In 2010, Kanye had not come out as an antisemite yet,” Sharon’s rep told The Post on Friday.
The Post has also contacted reps for Ozzy and West for comment.
Additionally, Sharon, who was raised Jewish, reportedly told TMZ that, “Kanye f—ed with the wrong Jew this time.”
She claimed that West’s team asked for Ozzy’s permission to use “Iron Man” three weeks ago, to which the couple allegedly replied, “Absolutely not.”
Sharon said Ozzy rarely refuses people’s requests to use his songs but says West currently “represents hate” and is a “disrespectful antisemite.”
The former co-host of “The Talk” allegedly said of West, “the motherf—kers’s a pig.”
Ozzy tweeted on Friday, “@kanyewest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF ‘IRON MAN’ FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY.”
He continued, “HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!”
Last Halloween, Ozzy and Sharon dressed as West and his wife, Bianca Censori, complete with the rock legend wearing an all-black West-esque getup and Sharon simply guarding her bare chest with a purple pillow as Censori has done in the past.
