Primoz Roglic wins Stage 17 at Vuelta a Espana as Jumbo-Visma stars leave Sepp Kuss behind on astonishing day

Primoz Roglic took Stage 17 atop the Angliru on an astonishing day which saw Sepp Kuss remain in red.

Kuss lost touch with Jumbo-Visma team-mates Roglic and Jonas Vingegaard up the brutal, famous climb, but found a second wind late on to claw back the seconds he needed to stay in the leader’s jersey.
