The 2023/24 snooker season takes us from Wales to Scotland, as the sport’s biggest stars head to Edinburgh for the Scottish Open.

However, it is Gary Wilson who heads into the tournament as the holder after winning the first title of his career following a convincing 9-2 win over Joe O’Connor in the final.

Among the other names to look out for include Luca Brecel, who begins the tournament against Ukrainian Iulian Boiko, and Judd Trump who begins against Sydney Wilson.
