Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new allegations he drugged and raped a woman in 1991, filmed the attack

Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman on a date in 1991 and filming the attack.

The complaint was filed at Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday and comes just days after Combs, 54, settled similar accusations made in a lawsuit lodged by his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura.

The new suit, filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse University student, alleges Combs sexually assaulted her after a dinner date at Wells Restaurant in Harlem.

A spokesperson for Diddy denied the claims to The Post and called the suit a “money grab.”

The filing includes allegations the hip-hop mogul gave her drugs that lulled her into “a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk.”

It goes on to describe how he drove the alleged victim to a music studio “where she could not get out of the car” before taking her “to a place he was staying to sexually assault her.”

The complaint further alleges Combs video recorded the sexual assault unbeknownst to the victim, and that a friend of hers revealed he had seen the recording days later.

When the woman asked her friend how many people had seen the tape, he told her “everyone,” according to the complaint.

The court document says the alleged incident sent the accuser’s life “into a tailspin,” prompting her to drop out of college after being hospitalized for “severe depression and suicide ideation” and that she’s “struggled with her mental health and career progression” in the wake of the alleged assault.

The suit notes how in the years following the alleged incident, the Grammy winner went on to great fame and success in his career while Dickerson “tried to block his existence out a[s] she tried to put her life back on track.”

“Still today, Ms. Dickerson continues to work on her emotional health, economic recovery and finishing her college degree. Seeking accountability from Combs under the law is one more step in that journey,” the court filing reads.

The filing comes at the zero hour of New York’s Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which created a one-year “lookback” window starting Nov. 24 of last year, which allows adult survivors of sexual assault to sue their abusers regardless of when the incident took place.

Reached by email Thursday evening, a representative for Combs flatly dismissed the accusations.

“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
