Snooker Shoot Out 2023 – Latest scores, results, schedule, order of play as Mark Selby, Mark Williams feature
Snooker’s most unpredictable event is back!
The Shoot Out, featuring shot clocks and revved-up crowds, kicks off on Wednesday with a host of top players descending on Leicester. Players must survive seven frantic one-frame matches – each limited to a maximum of 10 minutes – to win the title.
Sure, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump and Neil Robertson are absent again, but the likes of Mark Selby and recent World Grand Prix champion Mark Allen are in a field packed with talent.

‘I don’t give up’ – Vafaei determined to defend Shoot Out title after ‘sad’ 2022 edition
8 HOURS AGO
Hossein Vafaei returns as defending champion and opens the tournament in a corker against Shaun Murphy, while last year’s runner-up Mark Williams is also back.
Oh, and a quick reminder of the format: players have 15 seconds per shot in the first five minutes of each frame; then 10 seconds per shot in the remaining five minutes. If there’s a tie, the winner is decided by a glorious blue ball shoot-out. What’s not to like?!
When is the 2023 Snooker Shoot Out? And where?
The 2023 Shoot Out will take place at the Morningside Arena in Leicester from Wednesday, January 25 to Saturday, January 28.
Session times each day will be at 13:00 GMT and 19:00 GMT.
