Taylor Swift is first artist to claim top 10 on Billboard Hot 100

Taylor Swift is making history.

The 32-year-old has claimed the entire Billboard Hot 100’s top 10 simultaneously — making her the first-ever artist to do so in Billboard’s 64-year history.

All 10 songs on the Hot 100 are from the artist’s new album “Midnights,” which was released on Oct. 21.

Leading the Hot 100 is “Anti-Hero,” which marks her ninth No. 1 spot in her career. She’s previously hit No. 1 with hits such as “All Too Well (Taylor’s Version),” “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space” and “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” — which spent three weeks at No. 1 in 2012.

Other tracks on the top 10 include “Lavender Haze,” “Maroon,” “Snow on the Beach feat. Lana Del Rey” and “Midnight Rain.”

“10 out of 10 of the Hot 100??? On my 10th album??? I AM IN SHAMBLES,” Swift reacted to the news.

Swift surpasses Drake’s feat, who had nine out of the top 10 for a week in September 2021. She also surpasses Drake and The Beatles for most titles from the top of the Hot 100 in a single week, who each had the top five for a week in 2021 and 1964, respectively.

Swift’s dominance also marks the first time in history that there were no male artists in the top 10 of the Hot 100.

She now holds the record for most top 10s among female artists in history with 40, surpassing Madonna’s 38. She holds the No. 2 spot among all acts, behind Drake who holds 59 top 10s.

“Midnights” also holds the No. 1 spot in the Billboard 200 albums chart, giving it its biggest week for any album release in seven years, and marking Swift’s 11th No. 1 album on the chart.

The album has broken a series of records, including being the most streamed album in a single day on both Spotify and Apple Music, making it the third-biggest streaming week for any album ever.

Spotify even crashed with the release of the album, with the streamer seeing massive outages across the world.
