Team JAJO won The Ocean Race 2022-23 VO65 In-Port race at The Hague after making a brilliant start.
As the five-minute countdown clock ticked down, Dutch team Team JAJO made a port tack start, crossing ahead of the fleet.
The move gave them a big advantage in the early stages and they couldn’t be caught.

WindWhisper Racing Team, who had won both previous In-Port races, were the closest challengers and came in second place.
A delighted Jelmer van Beek from Team JAJO said: “This is so nice, in your hometown, with so many boats around.
“The guys worked so hard. I am so proud of everyone, I never expected this, I am so happy.”
WindWhisper Racing Team lead the overall standings on 17 points ahead of Team JAJO, who have 11 points, and Mirpuri/Trifork Racing Team, who have seven points after coming in third.
