Three men slashed at NYC subway station in bloody altercation

Three men were slashed at a subway station in Corona, Queens early Sunday morning by a man who quickly fled the scene.

Officers rushed to the 7 train station on Junction Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving reports of a stabbing on the northbound platform.

Three men were slashed during the dispute, police told The Post.

Two of the three victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, one with a laceration to the head and the other with a laceration to the neck.

The third victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital with a cut on his arm, officials said.

All three men are in stable condition and expected to survive.

The suspect was described as being a five-foot-nine male wearing no shirt, gray sweatpants and black shoes, according to police.

The man believed to be responsible for the slashings fled in an unknown direction, police said.

Video taken after the gory incident by Freedom News TV shows a victim with his head bandaged being wheeled out of the subway station and loaded into an ambulance by emergency medical technicians.

Another man can be seen in the footage sitting on the curb, wearing an open shirt revealing apparent blood stains on his chest, with his head hanging low.

Police stood by the subway turnstiles turning away travelers as the scene was being investigated. Video footage shows the outside entrances to the subway station were then cordoned off with police tape.

The investigation was ongoing.
