Tour de France 2023 Stage 4: How to watch, TV and live stream details, route profile, start time

It’s back-to-back flat stages at the Tour de France as Mark Cavendish has another chance to go for history with a 35th Tour stage win on Stage 4.

The riders left Spain for France on Stage 3 Monday, and it was Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) who was the strongest in the finale, edging out Wout van Aert and Caleb Ewan.

Cavendish came across the line in sixth to hint that he is in decent shape for the weeks ahead.
