Biniam Girmay (Intermarche-Circus-Wanty) returned to winning ways less than a month out from the Tour de France as he grabbed Stage 2 at the Tour of Switzerland. The Eritrean easily overhauled Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) in the finale, with Arnaud Demare (Groupama-FDJ) also coming through for second place.
