West Bank pizzeria that featured Holocaust survivor kidnapped by Hamas in despicable ad demolished

Now this is pizza to go.

A West Bank pizzeria was razed after the eatery used a photo of an elderly Israeli woman — who had been taken hostage by Hamas terrorists in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel — in an online ad.

The woman, a Holocaust survivor, was photographed in her wheelchair during the Hamas assault, making a victory sign.

The Facebook ad for the unidentified restaurant in the town of Huwara featured the image of the woman, and included her holding a pizza along with the phrase “You are welcome” and several laughing emojis, according to a report in the Times of Israel.

In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the Israel Defense Forces to bulldoze the eatery, according to reports.

In the original photograph of the unidentified woman, she is holding an automatic rifle and flashing a peace sign next to a masked Hamas terrorist. A video last week showed her being driven through a crowded street in Gaza in a golf cart.

Israeli settlers in the town gathered around the shop after the ad appeared, calling for it to be destroyed amid reports that Israeli forces are closely watching events in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and its northern border.

More than 1,300 Israelis have been killed — including babies and children — and more than 2,200 Palestinians are dead a week after Hamas entered Israel in a surprise assault that stunned much of the world for its cruelty.

Israeli Defense Forces arrived at the pizza parlor Thursday, according to Israeli news reports.

Israel’s prime minister ordered the destruction of a pizza parlor in the West Bank after its owners used a photo of a Jewish hostage, captured during the terrorist group’s raid on southern Israel last week.

They also detained the owner and ordered the pizzeria to be shuttered for five months, citing its support of terrorist activities.

Israel’s Channel 12 news said that the orders came from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Over 1,300 Israelis are dead, more than 3,000 are wounded and at least 100 were taken hostage, with the death toll expected to rise after Hamas terrorists fired thousands of rockets and sent dozens of militants into Israeli towns.

Hamas terrorists were seen taking female hostages and parading them down the street in horrifying videos.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced “We are at war” and vowed Hamas would pay “a price it has never known.”

Gaza health officials report at least 1,400 Palestinians have been killed and more than 6,000 injured.

The owners of the restaurant claimed someone else had posted the ad without their knowledge, and issued an apology on their Facebook page.

“We are against harming men and women and just want to earn a living with dignity and live in peace with everyone,” it read. “We are very sorry to the members of our family and others who were hurt.”
