Wimbledon 2023: Day 13 Order of Play and schedule – When is Ons Jabeur v Marketa Vondrousova?
A new Wimbledon champion will be crowned when Ons Jabeur faces Marketa Vondrousova for the women’s singles title on Saturday, July 15.
Both players are eyeing a maiden Grand Slam win after suffering the heartache of final defeats earlier in their careers.
For Jabeur, one of her two major final losses was on Centre Court last year, when she threw away a one-set lead to lose to Elena Rybakina.

The Tunisian is aiming to avenge that defeat this time around, and become the first African or Arab woman to win a major crown in the process.
There will be a chance for some British glory after, when Neal Skupski will be in action in the mens’ doubles final alongside partner Wes Koolhof, while Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid will face Japanese pair Takuya Miki and Tokito Oda in the final of the men’s wheelchair doubles final.
Top match – Marketa Vondrousova v Ons Jabeur
A first Grand Slam title is the prize on offer for two players who know how it feels to suffer defeat at the final hurdle.
Last year, Jabeur fell against Rybakina on Centre Court before again stuttering in the showcase match at the US Open.
For Vondrousova, a 2019 French Open final defeat denied her a stunning success as a 19-year-old.
Both players have battled injuries over the last year to come back stronger and reach this stage, and both are entertainers who love to mix things up on court. Fireworks are guaranteed.
Brit watch
Skupski is aiming for glory in the mens’ doubles final, where he and Dutch partner Wes Koolhof face Marcel Granoolers and Horacio Zeballos.
Brit Skupski makes up one half of the top-seeded partnership at SW19, but they have never won a Grand Slam title together – is this their time?
Meanwhile, Hewett and Reid are bidding to win their fifth Wimbledon doubles title together after securing a 7-5 6-3 semi-final victory over Martin de la Puente and Gustavo Fernandez.
Hewett will also contest a men’s wheelchair singles semi-final against Spain’s De la Puente as he continues his quest for a first singles title.
