Top match – Carlos Alcaraz v Novak Djokovic

It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for. The top two players in the world face off on Centre Court for Wimbledon glory, with Alcaraz chasing his first title at the All England Club and Djokovic a record-equalling eighth.

It promises to be a titanic tussle after two weeks where both players have played some mesmerising tennis, most recently by cruising through their respective semi-finals in straight sets.

Brit watch

Hewett is up against Tokito Oda in a battle between the top two seeds in the men’s wheelchair final first up on No. 1 Court. The Brit got one over his Japanese opponent on Saturday when he won the doubles alongside Gordon Reid, but now he’s aiming for a maiden Wimbledon crown in the singles.

Youngster Searle could complete his remarkable run in the boys’ singles with a trophy when the left-hander faces fifth seed Yaroslav Demin. Searle knocked out top seed Juan Carlos Prado Angelo in the first round and hasn’t looked back during an impressive run on home turf.
