Young Meghan Markle revealed in secret photos she ‘never wanted world to see’
Photos of Megan Markle that she allegedly “never wanted the world to see” will be included in an upcoming, much-ballyhooed 7NEWS Australia Spotlight special featuring her father and half-siblings.
Ahead of the show, which airs on Sunday — just a week before King Charles III’s coronation — journalist Taylor Auerbach tweeted a photo of the now 44-year-old Markle as a younger woman, sharing a laugh at a dinner table and looking off to the side.
Her hair is tousled in a messy bun as two half-eaten dinner plates sit in front of her in the candid image provided by her family, although no further details about the photo’s setting and time frame were released.
“The photographs Meghan Markle NEVER wanted the world to see. Only on @Channel7 at 8:30 pm, Sunday NIGHT,” Auerbach promised.
The Post has contacted a representative for Markle for comment.
The special’s trailer was previously released, promising “treasured memories, home truths, and secret tapes” from the estranged Duchess’ childhood, including being crowned homecoming queen.
“She [Markle] would still be a waitress if it wasn’t for dad,” Meghan’s half-sister Samantha Markle, 58, also claims about her the rogue royal’s estranged relationship with her father, Thomas Markle, 78.
It also includes Thomas’ “deathbed plea” to mend their broken relationship, during which he is seen holding childhood photos of Meghan as he asks: “How can I fix this?”
Meghan and Thomas had a falling out when he got busted for allegedly collaborating with paparazzi to stage photos that showed him being measured for a suit for her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry.
Adding insult to injury, Meghan accused her dad of leaking a private letter she had written to him after the nuptials.
“We’re not going to go away,” Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., 56, insisted in the trailer.
Meghan, who is now also estranged from the royal family, will stay home in California with the pair’s kids while Harry attends Charles’ coronation at Westminster Abbey on May 6.
