YouTube star was lip-sync sensation with A-list stars

Keenan Cahill — a YouTuber who rose to fame lip-syncing with celebrities such as 50 Cent and DJ Pauly D — died Thursday. He was 27.

His manager, David Graham, told The Post the young creative experienced complications from open heart surgery on Dec. 15 and was placed on life support in a Chicago hospital.

Born March 20, 1995, and raised in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, Cahill was diagnosed with Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome as a 1-year-old.

The condition causes organs and tissues to enlarge, become scarred or inflamed and progressively waste away.

Cahill underwent a series of medical treatments at a young age, including a bone marrow transplant at 2; a brain stem surgery; and a procedure to straighten his legs as a teenager, according to media reports. He was just over 4 feet tall.

He told the press his YouTube career began when he received a computer and webcam for his 13th birthday. He went viral with his rendition of Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream.” Perry tweeted in 2010 that she loved it.

That same year, 50 Cent joined Cahill for a YouTube video, where the pair lip-synced the rapper’s collaboration with Jeremih, “Down on Me.”

That experience opened the door for ventures with Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Jason Derulo, Justin Bieber, LMFAO and Tyra Banks, to name a few.

“Rip Keenan,” Pauly D tweeted with a picture of the two of them together. “Thank You for always making the world smile.”

“Rest in love, #KeenanCahill,” Perez Hilton shared a video of them singing along to Maroon 5’s “Moves Like Jagger.”
