Model nearly sits on world’s largest spider while using toilet

It was a crappy-crawly encounter when this not-so-itsy-bitsy spider climbed up the toilet rim.

An Australian model was left shocked and revulsed after nearly sitting on the world’s largest spider while using the toilet. Footage of the arachnid slowly crawling out from underneath the toilet rim has scared up 1.4 million views on TikTok.

“Oh my God I just saw his legs. It’s like under the rim,” Gabriella Pizzato says in the clip of the shudder-worthy encounter, which occurred while she was using a public bathroom.

The aghast Queensland native, who works for the Busy Models agency, says: “I just went to the toilet, and I got up and flushed the toilet and there is a big f–king spider under the seat.”

“I was sitting there for about 20 minutes!” Gabriella Pizzato exclaimed in horror. “Oh my god, I want to show you, it’s actually huge. I want to cry. It is huge.”

“I was sitting there for about 20 minutes!” the petrified bombshell added while seemingly choking back tears of terror. “Oh my God, I want to show you, it’s actually huge. I want to cry. It is huge.”

Pizzato then pans her iPhone camera to the toilet bowl, where after a few moments, the creepy crawler can be seen clambering out from underneath the toilet rim like something out of a horror movie. The clip concludes with Shelob disappearing underneath a piece of toilet paper on the seat.

“I have no idea how I’m ever going to the toilet again,” Pizzato wrote in the caption.

The spider is believed to be a huntsman, which boasts a leg span of up to 12 inches across, making it the world’s largest spider by diameter, according to LiveScience. While its bite is venomous, it generally doesn’t cause anything more serious than localized swelling, nausea and headaches.

And in the realm of animal encounters in the lavatory, Pizzato’s pales in comparison to the case of a Thai teen whose penis was bitten by a python while he was on the john.
